Medway Lions Club sponsored Senior BBQ was wonderful fun!
The Medway Lions Club served over 150 Senior Citizens - and several walkers for the Sunshine Group Walkathon - a complimentary barbecue at the Medway Senior Center. The Walkathon raised money for the Sunshine Group, a summer camp in Town

 

Medway Leos Club inducted on recent Charter Night
After a long and concerted effort by Leos Club advisors, Medway High School English Teacher Christine Ryan and Medway Lion Dawn Rice-Norton, twenty-two Medway High School students were officially inducted into the Medway Leos Club: Co-presidents Charles Harris and Kelsey Norton, Vice President Amanda Gaines, Secretary Jillian Rossini, Treasurer Elizabeth McElhiney, Directors Caitlin Creed, Nick Dunne, Scott Gaines, Erin Roach and Leos Kelly Burke, Emily Butler, Haley Costello, Jess Eklund, Amber Ghera, Andrew Harris, Morgan Harris, Maddie Holland, Bailey Irr, Lucina Mavrelion, Rose Muise, Charlotte Ochs, and Marco Rego. Congratulations to all!

Medway Lions Club is now 30!
On December 9, 1982, the Medway Lions Club officially joined the "Pride" and began demonstrating their understanding of the Lions motto "We Serve." Here's to 30 years and all the people who have made those years memorable...and Thank You to everyone who support our fundraising and charitable events...WE COULDN'T DO WHAT WE DO WITHOUT YOU!!!

We are the Medway Lions Club in Medway, Massachusetts... perhaps you've seen us ... at our annual Pancake Breakfast at Medway High School ... picking up curbside redeemables for our monthly Bottle & Can drive ... marching in the Memorial Day Parade ... cheering on costumed runners at our 5K Pumpkin Run ... on Route 109 selling Christmas Trees as the snowflakes fall ... or even on our Medway Lions Club - 33KMass Facebook page? Since 1983, the Medway Lions have been raising money for local community efforts, eye research, related causes of the visually and hearing impaired, including diabetes awareness, drug and alcohol abuse prevention, as well as assisting with disaster relief efforts worldwide.

Help comes in many forms, from donating your redeemables, sitting down for a meal at our Pancake Breakfast, purchasing a Christmas Tree, donating your time to help us with our fundraisers and service projects, donating eyeglasses via the drop box at the Medway CVS on Route 109 and even joining the Medway Lions Club. Membership is by invitation only; if you would like to introduce yourself to the Club, please contact us via this website. We conduct monthly dinner meetings every fourth Monday at Restaurant 45 in Medway, so let us know if you would be interested in joining us for a meal and fun-filled evening.
